So my daughter had to have her transmission fixed in early Oct The shop is beyond professional they ensured my daughters car was tip top shape before releasing it due to some unforeseen issues we just got her car back BUT I will be insisting my daughter takes her car back for any and all engine work she's in college and requires her car for her job but now its even better with issues we didnt even know was an issue that i am sure would have been a major tragedy later on. I am 1000% confident my daughter is going to be safe and sound in her car To this shop Thank you for everything I can not stress enough on how amazing this shop is if i had any major issues with ky car i will drive the hour or so to here to get it fixed they are transparent they answer questions thoughally

The Transmission Doctor was recommended to me by a trusted mechanic that I use often and I'm so thankful they did. Jim was wonderful to work with, he called and emailed us a estimate, called to let us know the progress of the repairs and saved the parts they had to replace for us to see the necessity of them being replaced. He even checked on us a week later to make sure all was still well. I would recommend Transmission Doctor to anyone.

The transmission in my 2000 truck suddenly went out. Found Transmission Doctor on line and due to reviews made an appointment. They sent a tow truck almost immediately and picked up the truck at my home. Gave me an estimate over the phone which I thought was more than reasonable. Repair was done on time. Jim was great to work with and I am considering having other repairs done that I have been putting off. Very satisfied.

My first experience at Transmission Doctor was for them to diagnose some clunking/knocking noises that were coming from my 2013 Subaru WRX. They found what was causing the noise, and also a couple other minor issues, and fixed them with no problems. I called after hours and asked if they could change the transmission fluid while they have it, and the manager (Jim), called back first thing in the morning to let me know they checked the fluid and it looked brand new so it didn't need to be changed. Any other shop would have said they changed changed the fluid and added it to the bill, but they didn't, so they gained my trust right away. They only fixed what needed to be be fixed, and the cost was very reasonable. Since then I've had them replace the clutch and transmission. They did the work quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. There we no surprise costs and the total bill was actually less than what I expected it to be. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust, and does good work at a reasonable cost, so Transmission Doctor is now the first (and likely only) shop I'll call if I have car problems.

I purchased the upgrade HD tranny with warranty for my GMC Sierra HD about a year ago. These guys are All Good from start to finish. Reimbursed me $700 on my card for my core. Don't mess with the used junk.
